A TODDLER was crushed to death by a runaway trailer in front of his horrified mum.

Distraught mum witnesses son, 3, crushed by runaway car trailer
Three-year-old Freddie Hussey was pinned to a garden wall after the trailer came loose from a Land Rover.
Distraught mum Donna, 31, screamed for help as she battled to free her son.
A lorry driver desperately tried to resuscitate little Freddie after helping to pull him out, but he died shortly after arriving at hospital.
Freddie and Donna were walking on the pavement after dropping his brother Archie at school in Bedminster, Bristol.
The family yesterday paid tribute to the youngster. A statement read: “He’s our little boy, this shouldn’t have happened. We called him Freddie Boo, we will never forget him.”
Neighbour Emma Newman, 38, who dialled 999, said: “The mother was screaming. Everyone is very shaken.”
Avon and Somerset Police last night said the driver, a man in his 30s, was helping them with their inquiries.
