AN IT worker accused of having sex with a sheep and a cow next to Tottenham Hotspur's training ground is due to stand trial today.
Prosecutor Robert Hutchinson applied to amend the charge Lovell faces to include a second creature.
He is now charged with ’committing sexual acts or acts with animals’ which included a cow.
Lovell, of Enfield, spoke only to confirm his name when he briefly appeared at Wood Green Crown Court ahead of his trial yesterday.
He was released on bail on condition he does not return to Whitewebbs Lane or Archers Wood in Enfield.
A charge that he intentionally exposed his genitals contrary to section 66 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003’ was dropped after the prosecution offered no evidence.
Judge James Patrick told Lovell: "You will be back here before me for trial tomorrow."
